Georgia Gwizzlies owner and head coach Embry Malone is a native of Louisville, KY and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in European History and Communications from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. While at Pepperdine, Embry started his coaching career as a graduate assistant with his alma mater before moving on to the high school, college and semi-professional ranks. Embry has coached with the Clearview School in Beverly Hills, CA; was an assistant coach with Southern Poly Tech in Marietta, GA; was the head coach of the WBA’s Anderson Heat and Mississippi Hard Hats and has been the coach and General Manager of the Gwizzlies since 2004.
